Portugal

 Delivery usually takes up to 1-3 working days. 

Deliveries may take 24 additional hours for some other regions (islands) in Portugal.

Deliveries are free of charge on orders over 100 euros. Use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

Rest of Europe

  Depending on the country of destination, the delivery period is from 1 to 7 working days.

  Deliveries are free of charge on orders over 100 euros. Use the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.

Any additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by the customer.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Wrong number? No problem! You can exchange or return your shoes. Just make sure that you put it back on the mail within 14 days after you receive your order.

We are very flexible so please email us at info@itza.pt with your order number and we will arrange the best way for you.  

The shipping costs back to our offices are customer’s responsibility. All shoes must be unworn and in the original packaging.

Damaged products can not be exchanged or returned.

You will be refunded for the full price of the shoes after we receive them at our office in perfect conditions.
